Age Verification

To complete a purchase, customers may be required to provide their full legal name, permanent address, date of birth, and other information necessary to verify age and identity. This information may be verified through a secure third-party age verification service and cross-referenced with publicly available records to confirm that the purchaser is at least 21 years of age.

If automatic verification cannot be completed or if additional verification is required, customers may be asked to provide a clear and legible copy of a valid, non-expired government-issued identification document showing their name, date of birth, and shipping address.

Vapers Heaven reserves the right to delay, deny, cancel, or refund any order if age verification requirements cannot be satisfied within a reasonable timeframe.

Vapers Heaven is committed to preventing underage access to vaping and nicotine products. We utilize secure age verification measures and continuously improve our verification processes to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while helping to prevent underage purchases.

Refusal or Limitation of Service

Due to the nature of online sales and age-restricted products, Vapers Heaven reserves the right to refuse or limit service to any customer at its sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, instances where age verification cannot be completed, fraudulent information is suspected, or applicable laws and regulations prohibit the sale.
